Welcome! My name is Alessandra, and I’m so glad you’re here!
If you’ve come across this page, I’m going to take a guess that you’re constantly battling with the edge of burnout. I am also going to guess that you’ve already tried different supplements, workouts, and diets fads to increase your energy... probably even doubled your coffee intake! Yet you still feel depleted, as if you’re stuck on the hamster wheel, and somehow wound up in a state of survival when you so desperately want thrive.
If you’re feeling like this, I get it. I’ve been there! I’ve experienced serious burnout in the past. And it is not fun. I also get that it’s so frustrating when you just don’t have the energy and vitality you need to be productive, but you know you could be accomplishing so much more each day and therefore having more time to do the things you love.
I want you to know that it’s not your fault if you feel this way. We live in a world where stress, skin and digestive issues, weight gain, and low energy are all too common. And our extremely fast-paced modern society isn’t going anywhere; it’s just speeding up. So of course burnout happens!
But the good thing is that it’s only temporary. There is a way to increase your energy, improve your health, and live life from a place of confidence and ease.
After living with burnout and trying dozens of different ways to increase my energy and productivity, I hit rock bottom and realized that the traditional methods for increasing energy ACTUALLY make it worse. So I did the only thing I knew how to do, which was to let it all go and start fresh from the start.
After attending multiple trainings and seminars, and becoming certified in plant-based nutrition, yoga, and health coaching, I’ve developed a system that has allowed my clients to maximize their energy, health, and productivity - the holistic way.
I’m here to teach you how to naturally increase your energy so that you can beat burnout, achieve your goals, enjoy your successes, and truly love your life.

After studying entrepreneurship and sustainability at Ivey Business School, Alessandra became certified in plant-based nutrition from Cornell and worked for PlantPure Communities, a non-profit sponsored by Dr. T. Colin Campbell's Center for Nutrition Studies. She then went on to study health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Yoga at Mula Yoga, Toronto. She now runs a private health coaching practice, teaches yoga, and shares regular blogs, podcast, and digital content to empower others to optimize their energy, health, and hapiness - the hoilstic way.
