I created the Nourish & Flow Wellness Workshop Serires with you in mind. Why? Because, my dear friend, you are SO worthy of thriving. You are SO worthy of feeling confident, energized, and vibrant every single day. I'm so excited for you, beacause you're about to learn how yoga, nutrition, and holistic living can empower you to feel this way. What is the Nourish & Flow Series?

The Nourish and Flow Series is a five-part series of wellness workshops. In the Nourish & Flow Series, you will discover how yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle work synergistically to help you achieve optimal health. Each of the 90-minute workshops is focused on a different area of wellness: mindfulness, digestion, energy, focus, and sleep. With a 45-minute yoga practice and 45-minute interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle in each workshop, you will learn the yoga postures, breathing techniques, foods, and lifestyle practice that will empower you to be your most vibrant self.

The Nourish & Flow Series is rooted in three core principles:

#1 Self-Love

Self love is number one! It’s so important, and it’s emphasized in every workshop in the series. To achieve optimal health, and to be our most vibrant selves, we need to eat, move, and live from a place of love. During the workshop series, you will learn how to let go of fear, and embrace true self-love.

#2 Bio-Individuality

We are all unique! What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for everyone. This applies to our diets, how we move, and the lifestyle habits we hold. You’ll learn about bio-individuality during each workshop in the series, and apply this concept to the different topics we explore.

#3 A Holistic Mindset

Everything is connected! That's why this workshop series fuses movement, nutrition, and lifestyle. In order to achieve optimal results from this worksohp series, it’s important to adopt a holistic mindset and honor how each of the components - food, movement, and lifestyle - work synergistically to help you thrive.

What's included in the Nourish & Flow Series?

WORKSHOP #1: NOURISH & FLOW FOR MINDFULNESS (June 1, 2019)
In this workshop, you will explore how to move, eat, and live with mindfulness. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute slow flow yoga practice with a focus on mindful and intentional movement. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn how to take this mindfulness off the mat and onto your plate as you explore mindful eating. You'll get to enjoy some delicious plant-based snacks at the end of this workshop - snacks which we will eat mindfully, of course!

WORKSHOP #2: NOURISH & FLOW FOR DIGESTION (June 8, 2019)
In this workshop, you will explore a holistic approach to detoxing and improving your digestion. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute vigorous flow class that focuses on building core strength, and stimulating the digestive system. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn about the foods and lifestyle practices that also support detoxification and digestion. At the end of the workshop, you'll get to enjoy some delicious plant-based snacks that are perfect for supporting the digestive system!

WORKSHOP #3: NOURISH & FLOW FOR ENERGY (June 15, 2019)
In this workshop, you will discover how to optimize your energy and find true vitality. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute uplifting yoga practice with a focus on energizing postures and invigorating breathing techniques. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn about the foods and lifestyle practices that also support you in feeling energized and alive. At the end of the workshop, you'll get to enjoy some delicious plant-based snacks that are perfect for helping you stay energized!

In this workshop, you will discover how to improve your focus, enhance your mental clarity, and boost your productivity. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute yoga practice with a focus on balance postures and breathing techniques that promote steadiness. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn about the foods and lifestyle practices that also support you in feeling focused and getting things done! In this workshop, you will discover how to de-stress, find ease, and get a good night’s sleep. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute restorative yoga practice that focuses on calming breathwork and rejuvenating still poses. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn about the foods and lifestyle practices that also promote stress-reduction and deep relaxation. At the end of the workshop, you'll get to enjoy some delicious plant-based snacks that are perfect for boosting melatonin levels!

Why did I create the Nourish & Flow Series?

I created the Nourish and Flow Series because it’s my mission to help you thrive.

In our fast-paced modern society, stress, weight gain, skin issues, digestive disorders, low energy, and burnout are all too common. I’ve experienced serious burnout in the past, and this burnout came along with many health issues: chronic fatigue, bloating, poor digestion, brain fog, acne, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I tried everything I could to improve my health, and I was fed up when nothing seemed to work. It was so frustrating!

I knew deep down though, that I was meant to thrive - that we are ALL meant to thrive. Our bodies were designed to feel good and function optimally. We are meant to be energized, happy, healthy, and truly alive - not just in that state of survival, but in that state of being authentically thriving and A L I V E!

This inspired me to learn everything I could about holistic wellness. I worked with coaches and holistic practitioners, read countless books, went to conferences, and completed certifications in plant-based nutrition, health coaching, and yoga. With all that I learned along my journey, I was able to regain my health and vitality. I am so grateful to now have the energy and vibrance I need to live every day to the fullest, and to live the life of my dreams.

How exactly did I do this?

It wasn’t through another fad diet, strict workout plan, or supplement. But it was through REAL self love, honouring my uniqueness, authentically nourishing myself, and adopting a truly holistic mindset.

I spent way too many days in that state of “survival”. And I know what it’s like to feel stuck when you so desperately want to thrive.

But, my love, you are not stuck. I know that it may seem that way, but you can and you WILL improve your health! You will find that vitality you are seeking! If I could do it, so can you! And I’m so happy to be here to support you.

I’m here to teach you how to live holistically, so that you never have to experience the extreme burnout that I did. It’s my mission to empower you, and to give you the tools that you need to reach your full potential, and live a vibrant life beyond your wildest dreams!

In the Nourish & Flow Series, I'll show you how yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle can support you in finding optimal, and lasting health and happiness. You are SO worthy of thriving! FAQs

Who is the Nourish and Flow Series for?
This workshop series is for you if your health isn’t exactly where you’d like it to be, and your confused about how to get from where you are to where you want to be. If you are ready to adopt a holistic mindset, embrace true self love, and learn about how yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle can help you feel authentically healthy, energized, and full of life, then this workshop series is for you.

Do I need to take all five workshops?
You do not have to take all five workshops, but it is highly recommended to do so. You will gain a lot from each individual workshop, but the workshops do compliment and build on each other.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga?
No - all levels are welcome!

Will you be offering this workshop series in any other cities?
The Nourish & Flow Series is currently held in Toronto, ON only. Please contact me to request workshops in your city. You can also lookforward to the Nourish & Flow Online Series which will be released in Fall 2019.
